Organized by Schara Tzedeck Youth Director Gila Ross and Dr. Cirelle Rosenblatt, many “NCSY moms” participated in the popular Jewish Women’s Renaissance Project conceived several years ago by Rebbetzin Lori Palatnik. The participants traveled to Israel for a two week long experience including touring, learning, and getting to know how the land and the people of Israel integrate with our Torah values to shape our identity as Jews.

NCSY believes that the surest way to support and define a teen’s Jewish growth is to make that journey of discovery and inspiration a family experience. This and other programs, such as our Family Shabbat Dinners, put this belief into practice.
